Our offices have just recently been relocated to Marshall Street Professional Building just one and a half blocks west of Legacy Good Samaritain Hospital. This is a beautiful brick complex surrounding an interior courtyard spanning the full width of the block between Marshall and Northrup above NW 24th Ave. Our office is on the Northrup side. There is a small parking lot immediately adjacent to our building. There is a much larger parking lot on the Marshall St. entrance. From that lot you will enter the courtyard and go down some steps to enter the office suite on the Northrup side.

Our New Patient appointments are booked for a full hour so that treatment can be provided at the same office visit. Follow-up appointments are usually one half hour or less.
